Code of Conduct Updates
- New Mastery Icon design rules have been proposed by the Art Team and approved by Developer Compliance. Mastery Icons must represent the game that they are fronting for by using ‘Official’ art only. More informationm ont rule updates can be found under the Badge and Icon Gauntlet guidelines section.
- Two new updates to the Icon Gauntlet process that have been approved by Developer Compliance to promote between users and developers whose icones they are proposing to change. Updates can be found under the Icon Gauntlet section.
Contact any active developers or claimants of the set. They may have design considerations for the icon or badges to best fit the set. Doing this might also avoid needing a gauntlet vote if your icon or badges are preferred by them. Both parties should work together to come to a satisfactory proposal. Wait for a response before starting an icon gauntlet vote.Consider sharing samples of your badges or icons in #gauntlet-discussion prior to starting the revision vote. This will help polish any issues and avoid multiple updates to the gauntlet. - The following has been approved by the Developer Compliance and added to the Unwelcome Concepts part of the Developer Code of Conduct document.-
Historically significant glitches and well-known, not-hard-to-execute glitches of importance to the game's community are allowed with the approval of DevCompliance. It should be clear that the glitch is needed for the achievement(s) and serve to highlight the glitch's importance or significance.Achievements including approved glitches must require the player to perform some feat using the glitch. Simply causing the glitch to occur without purpose is insufficient unless activating the glitch itself is a meaningful task.
